Simple! Log in and submit your demo reel for a Reel Review by three expert animation professionals. You can do that by clicking on the Request Reel Review button on the left or the My Videos menu button on the top (after you logged in). Then next to your video, click the button Do You Want to Submit this for Rating?
After you submit your demo reel, three separate industry professionals will review, analyze and evaluate your demo reel based on the principles of character animation. They’ll give you a personal critique and feedback. Most of these professionals are Senior, Lead or Supervising Animators at major animation studios (Disney, DreamWorks, Sony, ILM, etc…) who have reviewed thousands of demo reels to help with studio recruiting.
When they finished their evaluation of your demo reel – you then will get into the Search Database.
